Greetings and thank you in advance.Is expat absconded worker are accountable as an expat worker present in company , for sake of Omanisation.Example we hv 19 available expat worker and absconded are 9 eventhough we hv been compleated all of formalities as per the labour law unfortunately manpower office is accounting or say as an inclouded expat even Moore then 10yrs or we hv to proof that worker already left Oman.

Thank you above is my question only regarding available and absconded is it accountable togather to compleate the Omanisation rule and law.Many business owners says why with you it's not possible but unfortunately her ministry of manpower branch office giving local empemployment to complete the Omanisation.Your expert opinion will be highly appreciated Thanks Best & wishes Ejaz
