We would like to inform you that you can import Liquor from Abu Dhabi, providing that you have a written consent from the party that issued the license to you. This is what was confirmed by the article of the law of UAE which stipulates: 

1. The Licensing Authority shall, upon request, grant a license to any person for a renewable year to which he may:

(A) Import alcoholic beverages;

B) to provide alcohol to third parties from a particular warehouse or warehouse.

(C) Offer alcoholic beverages at any hotel, club or restaurant.

(D) - to get alcoholic beverages.

2. The licensing authority may grant to any person based on the license of the export of alcoholic beverages in the Emirate in the amount specified by the license.

3. The license granted under this Article shall be subject to the provisions listed in Table I of this Law and to the conditions and restrictions which the Licensing Authority deems appropriate and to be included in the License and has the absolute power to revoke this License at any time.

4. The licensing authority shall exercise its powers under the provisions of this Law in accordance with the instructions and directives of the Government of Dubai.
