We would like to inform you that referring to the Kuwaiti Law of Partial Proceedings and the Trials No. 17 of 1960, Article (5) stipulates the duration of losing the right of filing a complaint
In all cases as the law requires the filing of a criminal case, the existence of the complaint or claim of the civil right from the victim or others, the complaint is not accepted after three months from the date of informing the victim and the perpetrator of it unless the law provides something else.
*** Therefore, you may not be able to file a complaint for obsolescence.
