We would like to inform you that if your employment contract is unlimited and you want to terminate it, you must give a notice to the employer at least one month before the actual resignation.

There are several situations in which the employer can apply for a ban, including if the employee committed one of the following:

Terminating his employment relationship with the employer illegally and violating the provisions of the Labor Law, such as omission of the warning period in non-fixed-term contracts or terminating the fixed-term contract

- committing an offense mentioned in Article 120 of the Labor Law

- The worker to work with others without a permit issued by the ministry

- Survival of the worker in the state after the end of the labor relationship for any reason and for more than two months without any legal excuse
