How can i get a visiting visa

If you receive a letter of invitation from a relative in the country you wish to visit, you can go to the Embassy of that country and apply for a visit visa
The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel 
5)Bank Statement 
6)A copy of the invitation letter sent to you by a relative
