Thank you for swift reply.I Live in a flat was rented from real estate which the real state has agreed to lease the flat with condition I requested which is we will be in the flat 7 to 8 heads consistent of my family (wife, kids and many) and 5 ladies, farther latter the building was handed over to other real estate.On April I received self – explanatory letter To evacuate the building because of the status of the flat is considered as a sharing which is not allowed.Immediately I made in writing justification replying their email and by next day I have visited the office and met a good person who has already aware of the issue.and more ever I have invited them to inspect my flat and other flats where 50% of the occupants are living sharing.He explained to me that issuance of the litter is just protocol has been followed and there was no proper hand over between both real estates that is why we are not aware what was the deal between the tenant and the the real estate, he said no worries I see it and get back to you, now it has been long no feed back yet.Note : I received the self – explanatory letter only.The building has CCT, security guards and the access control has installed recently and we were provided by pin cod to access the building.All above I mentioned in the justification which I replied.And the issue is that I have asked them also if the matter is sharing why no one has received a letter only my flat.Still waiting for their reply but nothing yet, so decided to file a case but don’t how.Awaiting for your advice.Best regards,

You have to check the lease contract between you and the tenant, which present all the terms of the lease and whether the sharing is legal or not and does it entail the tenant's right to let you evacuate the apartment or not.

Thank you for the reply .Sharing it was never addressed in the terms and condition and it is not legal, it is base on mutual verbal agreement between the tenants and real estate.My concern is I have received the letter only where as there are many flats are sharing within the same building I live which I see it discriminates individual. Isn’t?Regards,
