If you are forced to resign against your will, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources against the employer.
Any witnesses shall be submited in order to privide statements that you have been forced to submit your resignation and that you want to continue working.
As we have already explained, witnesses must be brought to confirm that you have been forced to resign.
If you can not provide evidence that you have been forced to submit your resignation, your legal position will be very poor
if you file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources
