We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, clarifies that the ban against the worker is due to the absconding report which filed by the employer in the labor office. So if there is ban against the worker, then he can’t transfer the sponsorship and work in the country for a year.
That ban will be removed automatically after a year, then you can get new visa after cancelling the old one and get NOC from the sponsor.
Note that the Islamic Sharia doesn’t have relation with that as this is related with the law.

Article 116 shall apply which state that :
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those specified in
Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
