It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you to complete our previous answer, the deposit paid which submitted by the tenant shall be returned at the end of the rent contract, and therefore you can go to the municipal court and file a complaint and claim it to obtain a court order which obligates the lessor to return it to you. The maintenance costs shall deduct through the commission assigned by the court to assess damages

We would like to inform you that the stipulated condition of 30 days warning, this is not related to the deposit, which is paid by the tenant in order to guarantee the repairs and the lessor shall return the deposit. The landlord can request compensation for the remaining period of the contract for not prior notice of leaving from the tenant.
