I have query for my tenancy contract

Actually I left the job before 3 months expiry of my tenancy contract and informed them.Now when I come on visit Visa for handing over key and municipal and sewa clearance they asked me for penalty of 2000 for not giving 30 days notice but I was not here in UAE so how I can give that and they r not giving my security deposit 2000..pls help me out

As per the Rent Law in the United Arab Emirates and the deposit of the tenant a financial amount to ensure any damage or maintenance work in the event of evacuation and termination of the contract first it is not permissible to deduct from the insurance amount any amounts of money if the case in relation to the leased property was delivered as was the receipt of him from the lessor to the tenant, The insurance is protected and recovered at the end of the contract and the delivery of the leased property by the owner in the same condition as the tenant and the final invoice for electricity and water. In addition, the amount of the financial insurance shall be deposited by the lessee with the manager of the building as a deposit. In no case shall any amounts be deducted under the name of maintenance. Therefore, this amount must be refunded to the client after all the papers cleared by the official authorities have been collected.
*** For all the reasons explained, the amount of insurance as a deposit is recovered by the tenant at the end of the contract and evacuation, but in the case of proven or the existence of any maintenance work was the result of the use of the tenant is estimated rate deducted from the valuation of maintenance work by the Commission by the municipal court, The amount so you can in this case to complain to the lessor before the Committee to resolve the rental disputes and request to import insurance and in the event of any damage is assigned to the Committee for exit and inspection and then be deducted values of these reforms according to the estimate
