Signing an offer or a work letter or if the visa is under procedures, in this case, the ban can be imposed on you. Otherwise you can leave the country if the sponsor does not take the procedures for extracting the work visa for you.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if you want to change the employer and transfer the sponsorship, you shall first terminated your work according to the law and its legal provisions.
You also need NOC from the sponsor to transfer the sponsorship, in addition to canceling the previous visa.
