We would like to inform you that What the employer does is to breach his obligations under the labor contract and the country's labor law. The law allows you to leave work without notice in the event that the employer violates its obligation and you can file a complaint against the employer at the labor office

Article 21 of the Qatari Labor Law:

The worker may leave the service before the end of the employment contract and without prior notice, while retaining his right to end of service indemnity in the following cases:

1. If the employer fails to fulfill his obligations under the terms of the employment contract or does not comply with the provisions of this law.

2. If the employer or the director of the work signs a physical assault on the worker or a member of his family or a dishonorable order against the worker or a member of his family.

3. If the employer or his representative has introduced fraud on the worker at the time of the contract with respect to the conditions of work or his type, provided that the worker shall prove the evidence to the employer and the work manager within one month from the date of commencement of the work.
