Hi I submitted to renew my usa visit visa which...
Hi I submitted to renew my usa visit visa which expired 3m ago as i have medical conference 06/06/2019(iam medical specialist) they asked me in first appointment to submit prove that i paid the bill for my children delivery in USA-i sent the prove for payment but they returned the passport with comment they are not sure that my stay will be temporary .i submitted another appointment which was today i submitted ticket ,conference registration, bank statement ,salary letter from my work, my sons residency in uae ,my father my mother recidency in UAE.but they Rejected it again. I understand that it was written during my first interview that i did not mention the purpose for first visa for delivery although i told him it was for medical conference and I submitted the certificate of attendance with documentations.so what do you recommend

We would like to inform you that if you applied to USA visa and was rejected, then yes you can apply again but we advise you to find out the rejection reasons to avoid that again. Note that grating visa decision depends on the embassy and no one can force them to do other things. It is clear from your question that you didn’t provide enough guarantees to return. So we advise you to appeal against the rejection during 30 days of the rejection to find out the reasons and you can convince them that you will return if you have residence in UAE, so you can provide letter from your work to prove that you are still working and clarify the salary. So the court of the embassy may edit the decision and grant you visa.
Note that if you were rejected even after appeal, then you can’t apply for visa again unless after 3 months\90 days and you have to avoid the rejection reasons.

the council though i applied for visa first time for delivery although i told him it was for medical conference and I submitted the certificate of attendence

I want today for new appointment but the council even did not look for documentation I submitted he just looked to his computer then he told me still can not issue the visaHow i can appeal?by post mail or by e mail? And to which addressThank you for your detailed answer and for your great help

According to the law of residence in the UAE:
The appeal is the only solution before the embassy. It is possible to obtain the appeal form in person and to fill out its statement and to submit it to the embassy court in accordance with the directions. The decision of the embassy to either amend the decision or support, and if decline, you can reapply after 3 months.
