We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, which clarifies the workers’ rights upon the termination as stated in the legal articles 132, 134 and 75 which is related with the leave allowance.
Therefore, if the employer refused to pay the end of services benefits, you can go to the labor court and file a complaint to force the sponsor to pay all your rights according to the law. If that failed, then the complaint will be referred to the federal court and will force the employer to pay.
