We would like to inform you that according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the expatriate shall be granted a 30-day grace period, either to leave the country or to obtain another residence visa, and no fines shall apply during the grace period. Therefore, it is not necessary yo leave if you obtain the visa.
