It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that Visa Final Exit procedures are:

1-      Ensure that your traffic record doesn’t contain any traffic violations…. To ensure this

2-      Fill the application form and conform the information with the reality as it is found in the passport, and attach a photo for the visa applicant, then sign the form and stamp it with the employer’s stamp.

3-      The presence of the employer or his representative for official authorization or legal agency.

4-      Bring the original passport of the applicant.

5-      Bring the original valid residence, if it is not valid then he must pay the residence fees (600) Riyals for each year including the work permit through the payment system.

6-      If the visa was for the household labor, you must bring a release paper to confirm that the worker has received all his dues, that must be certified by Family Office Recruitment or Servants Care Affairs Center.

7-      If the visa is for a divorced woman from a citizen man, she must bring the divorce instrument.

8-      According to residence system term (61), if the applicant for the Final Exit Visa didn’t attend to cancel the application after the visa expires, then he must pay 1000 riyal for the first time, then 2000 riyal for the second time and 3000 riyal for the third time. If he wants to apply for a new visa, he can get one by the usual procedures and fees.
