We would like to inform you that you must submit a report against the employer stating that this report is malicious and if the report is proved to be malicious, the escape notice will be removed and the employer will be punished for suspension.  but you have to provide evidence of the malicious report until this is taken into account and cancel the report of escape, and in case of cancellation of the escape report you are entitled to request the transfer of your sponsorship to another employer.
