We would like to inform you that if the visa finished and you are outside Qatar then you can’t return unless after cancelling the old visa even it is expired, that through the employer then apply for new visa with the same procedures.
The law clarifies that the visa shall be cancelled even it is still valid and without returning during that period. so it is differ as the visa is expired.
