My residence visa if it is limited or unlimited

We would like to inform you that you can find whether the visa is limited or unlimited by the signed contract between the employer and worker.
As UAE Labor Law states:
Article (38)
The contract of employment shall be for an indefinite period or for a specified period. If the duration of the contract is specified, it shall not exceed four years. The parties may agree to renew this contract for another similar period or for a period of less than one time or more. In case of renewing the contract, the new period or periods shall be an extension of the original period and shall be added to the calculation of the total period of service of the worker.
Article (39)
The contract of employment shall be deemed to be indefinite from the beginning of its formation in any of the following cases
1- If it is not written.
2. If it is for an indefinite period.
3. If it is written and concluded for a specified period, and the parties continue to implement it after the expiry of its term
A written agreement between them.
4. If he is bound by the performance of a specific work of indefinite duration or by its nature, the contract shall be renewed and continued
After the agreed work has ended.
Article (40)
If the parties continue to execute the contract after the expiry of its original term or the termination of the agreed work without an express agreement, the original contract shall be deemed to be implicitly extended under the same conditions as the term
