we would like to inform you that according to traffic law, you have to be over 21 in order to extract a driving license. There are some cases in which licenses can be extracted to those who are 16 years old according to the law.
The conditions for granting a driver's license are set forth in Article 15, which states:

• "The following conditions are required to grant a driving license:

(1) The applicant for the license for one of the vehicles mentioned in Article 3 of this law has completed the age of 17 if he requests a license for the vehicles mentioned in items (5) or (6), and the eighteenth of the vehicles mentioned in item (1) Whether it is one of the vehicles mentioned in items (2) or (4) and the twenty-first if it is one of the vehicles mentioned in item (3).
2. To submit a medical report from a government doctor, or a doctor approved by the licensing authority to demonstrate his or her medical fitness to drive a mechanical vehicle, with the possibility of wearing a medical spectacle or placing a contact lens correcting it to conform to medical fitness requirements.
3 - Pass the driving examination, which is regulated by the regulations and decisions issued in implementation of this law
