My old company didn't cancel my visa yet am here...

We would like to inform you that if your company refuses to cancel your residence and paying your salary for the last three months, you can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Human Resources against the employer stating that the company will not cancel the visa in addition to not paying your salaries until the last working day.
The Ministry of Human Resources will investigate the complaint, and if the friendly solutions with the employer could not be reached, the complaint will be forwarded to the labor court for the judgment in order to obligate the employer to pay your rights
You may also file an additional complaint against the employer at the General Directorate of Residence due to the Employer's failure to cancel the visa.
