We would like to inform you that you can apply to set up or establish a company in Qatar, you have to go to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in Qatar, and apply for the establishment of the company, then choose the trade name from the Department of Trade and Trademarks.

After that, documenting the company's establishment contract with the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, you have to take approval of the commercial activity from the party concerned with the commercial activity that it is practicing in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and issue the Commercial Register and license to participate the activity of the company.
