Dear Customer,
Welcome again!
In order to be entitled to annual leave, you shall have completed 6 months of work with the employer. After completing this period, you will be entitled to a two day leave for each month and will be incurred if you do not get them. If you do not complete this period, you are not entitled to allowance of this leave.
Article 75
A worker shall, for each year of service, be entitled to an annual leave of not less than:
1. Two days a month, where the worker’s period of service is more than six months but less than one year.
2. 30 days a year, where the worker’s period of service is more than one year.
Where a worker's service is terminated, he shall be entitled to annual leave in respect of fractions of the last year.
You can also ask questions of our other specialists in the areas of nutrition, therapists, IT specialists, doctors, and many more.
Accept our respect and appreciation.
Kind Regards,

Then what about my contract which states clearly that I am eligible for a 2.5 working days per month and doesn’t link this to the probation period ?

If the contract expressly provides for your right to annual leave, in this case you will have the right to claim the employer for the wage of such leave and can register a complaint against him through the following link:
