We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to that the employer has not been paid your salaries, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources. If you obtain a ruling from the Labor Court in your favor, you will be entitled to a minimum of two months' salaries and you can request to transfer the sponsorship to a new sponsor without the consent of the current employer.
