What is the cost of new employment visa

With regard to the fees and the cost of the visa, it is customary for the expenses to be borne by the operating entity or the sponsor unless otherwise agreed with this entity. The total cost of the visa is from AED 3500 to AED 4000 including health insurance and UAE identity card
** Note: Visa is linked to health insurance to grant you residence and means the end of the visa termination and renewal of insurance at the cost explained.

If you mean the fees for canceling the visa, it is almost 100 dirhams and if it is related to termination of work by the worker and before the end of the work contract, then Article 116 shall apply which state that :
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those specified in
Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

What I mean in the previous answer that in general the cost of obtaining the visa is inclusive of all expenses. As for the deposit amount, this is not possible and is not provided by law unless it is agreed by the parties
