If the tenant does not wish to renew the lease contract, the lessor must notify the lessor before the expiry of the contract period for a period of not less than 60 days. Otherwise, the contract shall be considered again for a period similar to the tenancy contract, even if the contract does not provide for it. Consequently, the lease contract can't be terminated if it is renewed in tacit or the lessor has the right to claim compensation.
