We would like to inform you that the required documents for employment residence (18) are:

-          The residence application with the sponsor signature.
-          The original work entry permit that the sponsored used to enter the country.
-          The criminal status certificate and accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affaisr in the sponsored country and the Kuwait embassy and if he is foreigner then it must be translated, and must be valid for 3 months.
-          Free of disease certificate.
-          2 original photos.
-          Valid copy of the sponsor signature.
-          Original passport for the sponsored.
-          The health insurance.
-       Work permit from the Ministry of Work & Social Affairs.
-          Pay the required fees.
-          The personal photo must be stick with glue.
