I want to nationality of Poland forever

We would like to inform you that the required documents for Polish nationality are as below:

1. Application for submission is forwarded to the President of Poland for Polish citizenship.
2. Any documents proving identity and nationality, in addition to other documents confirming the data contained in the application form, for example: birth certificate, applicant's marriage certificate or other document proving the civil status, documents attesting to the identity and nationality of the husband, (Or loss) of grandparents or members of the family, documents indicating professional, political, social and other achievements.
3. Personal photos of the applicants in the application (the photo must be taken during the last 6 months and the same size used in the passport)

Please note the below points:

• The application must be submitted in Polish language after signing and writing the date.
• Original documents should be brought to the consulate for verification.
• Foreign documents must be translated into Polish and approved by the Consul.
• The consulate or the advisory body of the President of Poland may consider that additional documents or an interview with the applicant should be requested.
• Documents submitted to the consulate can not be retrieved or used for other purposes.
