We would like to inform you that the applicant can apply to lift the travel ban by a letter to the Attorney General's Counsel explaining the reasons for the application for lifting travel ban; There is no justification for preventing him from traveling, that there is no evidence in the investigation papers to prevent him from working and other reasons which the applicant based his request on. The Attorney General contacts the competent director of the prosecution to inquire about the position of the accused with travel ban, and whether the accused is worth lifting this prohibition or continuing the travel ban. In case the Attorney General considers that he is entitled to lift the travel ban, he shall mark the applicant's report by lifting the travel ban.

The documents will then be forwarded to the competent prosecutor. The secretary will confirm them with the investigation papers and come up with a form to lift the traveling ban from the accused in which he shall record the same data of the travel ban on the accused and write the type of application:

(Travel ban lifted) He makes two copies; the first one is placed in the case file, and the other is placed in a special file in the tables division after it’s assigned a serial number. The original is to be handed over to the police after it is signed and sealed by the deputy prosecutor.
