Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!

We would like to inform you that If you have exceeded your tourist visa, you must pay a fine for the duration of your stay to the General Directorate of Residence. The Agency or any other party may not reserve your passport without legal justification. If your passport is seized without any legal justification you can review the police station against any person or entity that holds your passport for no legal reason.
We also refer to the following:
- If you want to work in the UAE, you must pay fines for the duration of the residence and then apply to modify the status of residence to be accompanied by your request for a contract or work offer at least and the Directorate General of Residence will examine your request and issue the appropriate decision
- If you do not want to work in the UAE and also want to leave the UAE / you must pay a fine penalty for the duration of the residence, and here are more information about that fine:
If the tourist or visitor exceeds the length of stay permitted by the entry permit, visitation visa or tourism, he will be deemed to be in breach and will be fined by the relevant authorities in the UAE with a fine of AED 200 for the first day and AED 100 for each subsequent day.
These fees will be paid at the offices of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs or at the immigration and passport offices at the airport, in addition to an additional charge of AED 100 upon leaving the country.
