We would like to inform you that you can not be registered as an absconder unless you are granted permission to visit under a sponsor. In this case, the sponsor has the right to file an absconding notice against you. Otherwise, you can not submit an absconding notice, especially if you have not signed the employment contract. Regarding the categories that an absconding  notice may be provide for:

1. Against the sponsor of the visit entry permits (visit / mission / tourist, etc.). 

2. The sponsor of Work visa (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai). 

3. The sponsor of residence of the Ministry of Labor before the cancellation of the work card. 

4. The sponsor of work (Ministry of Labor) after the cancellation of residency. 

5. The sponsor of work (Ministry of Labor) before cancellation of the work card.
