We would like to inform you that if you are expats and want to marry in Qatar and want to know the marriage procedures you can review the Sharia Court and attach the following:
1- Your both passports.
2- Your residence.
3- Medical certificates to prove that there is no illness.
4- The wife social status to determine whether she is married, single or divorced.
5- Get the NOC from her country embassy.
Besides the Sharia conditions as the presence of the bride guardian or anyone represent him and bring two witnesses then accredit the marriage contract from the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your embassies.

Unfortunately, a NOC is a basic requirement for marriage and without it the application may not be completed so it must be submitted and obtained, so the law and that there are any exceptions to the situation.
