Hi i have an Cadillac srx4 its alarm is sounding randomly any time. İ have taken it to the mannai service 5 times and now it is there since 6 weeks. They are now waiting for some parts from the US. İt is undee warranty. Last week they had an accident with my car so it will gonna be painted. İ requested to change my car under warranty or pay for the accident because its value has dropped because of be painted car now. They dont replay. They gave me a replacement car. What are my rights.İ want to change my car under warranty but they are charging memfor that. Yhx

We would like to inform you that if the warranty is still valid then we advise you to review its terms, if it states to replace the car then you can hire a lawyer to handle the case procedures against the company after warning them legally to replace the car because of the error not only the accident. If the car is under insurance then you can ask the insurance company to repair and compensate .
But filing a case against the company is better as there is warranty, if the company didn’t reply then you can file the case and get judicial permit to replace it.
