Hi I have a friend he has bounce check case and he paid that partial and the court keep his passport because he has still balance to pay.On Monday evening police catched him and took him to jail again coz his visa was expired since he can’t renew since his passport is still in the court and he has no money to pay to the court and he became illegal for longtime he can’t get any job because he has no passport.I would like to ask since his case is not finish is the court send him back to his country or fleed him to pay the balance.Advise me please Thankyou.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that as long as your friend has overstayed, he shall be deported after the payment of overstays fines 

However, since his passport is reserved for another case and a court order is enforceable, he must first obtain permission from the court to bring the passport and allow the payment from outside UAE
 
You can apply to the court for permission to receive your passport and attach the following documents

 

• Original and copy of the UAE ID card of the applicant
• Original and copy of the attorney in case of application by an agent
• Request for the lifting of the passport
• Copy of the deposit order
