We would like to inform you that we are trying as much as we can to keep our houses away from any error, but for sure many things must happen and we can deal with it or ask the help from any expert to fix the problem. Therefore, we are hearing my precious customer to help you to solve the problem as much as we can by detailed answer to handle the situation.
As for the defect that you are facing, this means that there is a defect in the motherboard or control panel, which requires work to be dismantled and maintenance work required by a specialist or replaced with another board or that the washing machine need to work software in the beginning because this defect is often because of a problem in programming.
You should pay attention to:
1 - First make sure that the washing machine program works properly and there is no disruption in the system washing machine. This can be checked by maintenance work by dissembling the computer and doing the necessary maintenance work through an authorized center.
2 - Before all this and by looking at the causes of the problem, have a look at the washing machine's door and make sure it was closed properly because if its door was open, this means that the washing system or program will not continue because the washing process lacks one aspect of safety related to the tight sealing of the washing machine.
3 - When there is a defect in one of the lines of water, whether inside of the washing machine or drainage line, then the washing machine will not work. The water hose feeding it should be checked, and make sure there is no obstruction in it from the valve or the pipe which pumps the water. You have to make sure that there are no spills in the drain line and clean the drain line so that there will be no accumulation of Impurities in it which disrupts the washing process.
