We would like to inform you that in addition to our previous answer, and according to the UAE Labor Law, this is violation against the law as below article states:
Article 102
The disciplinary measures that an employer or his representative may impose on the workers shall be as follows:
1. Warning.
2. Fine.
3. Suspension from work with reduced pay for a period not to exceed 10 days.
4. Denial or deferment of periodical allowance, in firms applying such a scheme.
5. Denial of promotion, in establishments applying a promotion scheme.
6. Dismissal without prejudice to severance pay.
7. Dismissal with denial of all or part of the severance pay. This penalty may not be imposed for reasons other than those exclusively specified in Article 120 hereof.
Therefore, the employer didn’t follow the law in termination, then you can go to the labor court and file a complaint and claim for return ticket on the sponsor expenses as the last paragraph in article 131 states that if the termination reason was by the worker then he shall pay the ticket expenses.

الأشخاص الذين ينتمون لأحزاب سياسية أو طوائف دينية أو اقليات إثنية ويكونون عرضة للملاحقة أو الاضطهاد بسبب هذا الانتماء.
الكتاب والباحثون الذين يعبرون عن آرائهم في الصحف والمجلات أو المدونات الالكترونية ويتعرضون للملاحقة والتهديد بسبب ذلك.
المسؤولون الحكوميون السابقون أو الحاليون المعارضون لحكوماتهم أو المنشقون عنها ويخشون التعرض للملاحقة والتهديد بسبب ذلك.
