I would like know what is the next step to get money as per RDC judgment. Also one more thing, owner is Nigerian and based in UK who never comes in Dubai. I have rented property through power of attorney(POA), who is responsible for renting flat and returning deposit. POA was present during fisrt instance law suite hearing. Based on judgment i have sent email to POA, but he did not responding. My question, how we can ensure POA to refund security deposit as per judgment. Is there anything can be done? POA is Lebanese national.

We would like to inform you that if there is judgment you can go to the court immediately and file a case to implement the judgment which was issued by the court and appeal against the agent as his name in the prosecution paper and because of his legal place representing the owner

Does Defendant (in this case POA (& Owner) ) gets notification for judgment?2. I am just wondering if POA really received notification OR he is just reluctant for payment.3. You are suggesting me to file enforcement case right? How this enforcement case will work? It is related to going to court in person and instituting a lawsuit to execute an attachment with the case. A copy of the judgment issued by the court duly and to be stamped in the executive form for the purposes of the case proceedings and you can submit a travel ban application in conjunction with the case for the escape of the convict.
