We would like to inform you that if you have residence in UAE and want to leave and go to Oman then you have to get visa by reviewing the Omani embassy and apply for visa and attach the below:
1- Valid passport for not less than 6 months
2- Valid residence for not less than 3 months
3- NOC from the employer for travel and the journey purpose.
Then pay the fees. If you mean the final exit then this requires getting work contract from the employer in Oman to apply for work visa. As one of the visit or tourist visa requirements is to have residence valid for 3 months at least and cancel the visa, otherwise, the embassy will not grant you the visa and you have to apply for Oman from your country.
