Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that in the event that you are working on a fixed-term contract and you are not provided for the need for a period of probation and the employer terminated your contract without cause, in this case the employer is committed to compensate the worker for the damage he suffered, provided that the amount of the compensation in any case does not exceed the total wage due for three months or the remaining period of the contract whichever is shorter, unless there is provision in the contract otherwise
In accordance with the provisions of the UAE Labor Law, which reads as follows:
Article (115):
Where an employment contract is for a definite term and the employer revokes it for reasons other than those specified in Article (120) he shall be required to compensate the worker for any damage the latter sustains, provided that the amount of compensation shall in no case exceed the aggregate wage due for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
