We would like to inform you that if you wish to obtain an Italian visa to visit your older brother, you shall apply for a visa through one of the visa granting centers accredited by the Italian Embassy, provided that you shall submit the following documents, and additional documents may also be required upon the assessment of the authorities:
1- The application form, completed and signed by you.
2- Original and copy of passport.
3- A recent passport-sized photograph.
4- NOC from Italy where your brother resides.
5- Family status issued by local authorities and is legally translated.
6- Certificates of birth and marriage translated and duly certified.
7- Copy of residence permit for your brother in Italy.
8- Previous copies of Schengen visas, USA and UK.
9- Airline ticket booking.
The Consulate General of Italy will process the visa application and send an SMS (if selected) and email the applicant to inform him to get his passport.
