Hello! Madam i am pakistani . Know i come in sharja on dubai visa the one arabic people give me a visa on servent base but the imigration cant approved my file my visa my request they give a objection on my beard ?i am a muslim so plz help or guide.me to qhat can i do ?

We would like to inform you that in accordance with UAE law, you shall be aware that there is no law regulating thus matter and therefore there is no need to shave the beard and it is up to you and no one can intervene in this matter. And if you are subjected to any aggression, you may take legal action in terms of submitting the complaint at the competent authorities depending on the type of attack or threat directed to you from. On the other hand, they may not force you to terminate the work or submit your resignation, otherwise it is considered an arbitrary termination requires the employer to pay compensation to you, so you may stay in your work as you are and in case of harassment, go to file a complaint at the Labor Court and explain the matter as it is the competent authority to solve Labor disputes.
