On the other hand, they may not force you to terminate the work or submit your resignation, otherwise it is considered an arbitrary termination requires the employer to pay compensation to you, so you may stay in your work as you are and in case of harassment, go to file a complaint at the Labor Court and explain the matter as it is the competent authority to solve Labor disputes.
