تم تقييم هذه الإجابة:
Good day, an employee is being mentally harassed by his employer, constantly being told he is not good enough, too slow, that he needs to follow up on his colleagues (even though it is not his position to do so), to polite, not aggressive and on more than one occasion been told to look for other work. However when he addressed these concerns to his employer's senior, he was told not worry that his work is safe. His HR department has not stepped in at all to address the employers abusive management style. What is the steps that the employee can follow to protect himself and his work?
