How to lift 1 year ban? Here in uae

 In accordance with the UAE Labor Law, the prohibition of work is usually imposed for one year in the case of termination of the fixed term employment contract and the departure of the worker without good cause or in case of leaving the work before the end of the period of legal notice in the indefinite employment contract.
According to Ministerial Decision No. 1186 of 2010, the rule is that the prohibition of work is not imposed if the worker has spent two years at work, or that the employment relationship has been terminated by mutual agreement between the worker and the employer.
and if you have ban, it can only be removed for a period of one year, if it is related to an escape notice that ends with a period of one year. You can also immediately go to the Immigration Department and register to get benefit from the amnesty and remove the ban
