my visa madam is from amnesty im over stay...

We would like to inform you that if you have received a job seeker visa during the period of amnesty, and you have exceeded the duration of the residence, you can apply for a modification to the status of the residence with this attachment:
Copy of the contract in addition to paying  the value of violating the periods fine.
The General Directorate of Residence will examine your application and issue a decision to accept or reject it.
Thus, we can not guarantee the acceptance or rejection of the application as this is subject to the discretionary authority of the directorate of residence.
