Hello sir,My name is anees and I work at Sharaf dg in dubai as a sales specialist since 1 year. For past three months my performance in sales is very low and I am not meeting the sales target given by Sharaf dg. However, there are many other Co workers in my store who are also not meeting the sales target. But a person named arshi who works as a department manager in the store is mentally pressuring me and taking things personally on small issues and work related issues. He has told me to leave the store for almost 4 times and told me to not report to the store. Where as he never told other colleagues to go out of the store. I'm not able to cope up mentally with my personal and work life and I'm really stressed and feared about losing job because I'm the only earner in my family. Also in the month of ramadan he is intentionally trying to pressure me and removed from the store. To tell you honestly sir I'm really worried and stressed about losing my job. Can u help me where I can legally file a complaint against him and take action on him?
