We would like to inform you that if there is a text in the lease contract which stipulates that the landlord will be liable for such expenses and he refuses to bear them, you can file a complaint at the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee in the emirate in which you reside in order to oblige the owner of the property to pay the value of those expenses. The Rental Dispute Settlement Committee will examine the complaint and make the appropriate decision.
