We would like to inform you that UAE Labor Law does not grant the worker the right to obtain a vacation in case of his father's death. Therefore, we advise you to negotiate with your employer to give you a short vacation so that you can bury your child. We do not recommend leaving work and leaving the country without a written consent of the employer to do so.
