We would like to inform you that The non-competition agreement is an agreement signed between the employer and work whereby the employer prevents the worker from working for a competitor for a temporary period and the worker must comply with this condition or agreement and you can change your work after the employer's approval and submit a request for transfer of sponsorship with the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs, and we would like to point out that if your contract is fixed, you will be required to compensate the employer for half a month for each remaining month of the contract. If, however, an indefinite period is sufficient, a notice of leaving the work shall be issued 30 days before the contract provides for another period

Article 127:

Where the work assigned to a worker allows him to become acquainted with the employer's clients or to have access to his business secrets, the employer may require him to undertake not to compete with him or participate in any enterprise competing with his own, after the termination of his contract. For such an undertaking to be valid, the worker must be at least 21 Gregorian years of age at the time the agreement is concluded, and the agreement must be confined, in terms of time, place and the nature of the business, to the extent necessary to safeguard the employer's legitimate interests.
