I am facing problems downloading media on my Durango's HDD after deleting all the media on HDD, I get a message that media is copied, but nothing on the playlist

First try to reset the radio via disconnect the battery and then connect it again.
Second try to get a new cd that have mp3 tracks on it and then try to copy it again
Then you have to check the car at a specialist to check the hard disk and the connection between it and the radio .
