what are the clinical signs and investigation to Document ovulation:
basal body tempreture: At time of ovulation there reduction of temp by 0.3 C then rise by 0.5 degree after day 21 due to progesterone
Luteal phase progesterone between day 21 to 28 day cycle , >15 ng/ml consistent with ovulation
LH surge : LH increases 24 hours before ovulation
Endometrial Biopsy to detect the progestoron effect on uterine linning
